HIGHLIGHTS OF RICE CISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES

                                                            SPECIAL MEETING

HELD ON MONDAY, june 29, 2005 AT 8:00A.M.

Roll Call/Establish Quorum/ Call Meeting to Order:

A quorum of Carolyn Baird, Vice President; Vivian Spanihel, Secretary; Jack Vawter and Laurel Milentz, Trustees were in attendance for the meeting.  Michael Lanier, Superintendent; and Bill Hefner, Assistant Superintendent were also in attendance.   The Special Meeting was called to order at 8:03 a.m. by Ms. Baird.

Board Response: 

Jack Vawter motioned to approve the new employees for the 2005-2006 school year.

Motion seconded by Laurel Milentz.
