Procedures for NEO2 Repairs
1. Warranty information on the NEO2s from Renaissance will be kept by Linda Frnka and Melissa Peterson.
2. In the event that a NEO2 is not working, the classroom teacher should report it to the campus principal.
3. The campus principal will call Renaissance Technical Support at 1-800-338-4204. The technician will try to correct the problem over the phone. If the unit cannot be fixed over the phone, they will give you a RMA number to include when sending the unit to Renaissance for repairs.
4. If the repair cannot be made at the campus level, an online NEO2 Repair Form should be completed on the Rice CISD district website. Print out a copy of the confirmation page to include in the envelope. The NEO2 unit should be placed in the large NEO2 Repair Request envelope. Please be sure to include all pieces of the NEO2 with the unit. Send the envelope in the district mail to the administration office.
5. Melissa will send the NEO2 to Renaissance for repairs.
6. If the unit is repaired, it will be sent to the campus when returned. The original barcode will remain on the unit.
