Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Disposición de Elegibilidad Comunitaria (CEP)

The Rice Consolidated ISD School District announced today it will operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2023-2024 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals.

Las escuelas que califican para operar la Disposición de Elegibilidad Comunitaria (CEP) sirven desayuno y almuerzo a todos los niños sin cargo y eliminan la recolección de solicitudes de comidas para obtener comidas para estudiantes gratuitas, a precio reducido y pagadas.

It has an enrollment of over 1250 students attending six campuses.  District offices are located in Altair, Texas. The District has a 213 member staff, and is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees who serve staggered, three year terms
